The south facing pool and spa is very private. As with most pools in Florida it is screened and very private which ensures guests enjoy utmost seclusion whilst playing and relaxing around the pool. There is also a small deck cupboard, which you can store your sun cream and towels in, and a handy drying rack for those soggy towels. The portable CD player in the kitchen can also be used on the lanai, as there is an electrical point next to the deck cupboard.

There is a gas Bar-b-que for use and there are two sets of deck tables and chairs enabling a family of 8 to all sit in comfort. There are also 3 sun loungers for your use and a deck box, which contains inflatables, which can be used in the pool.

Access to the pool area is through the patio doors in the living area or the French doors in master bedroom.

The area around the screen is planted with lush hibiscus bushes and other plants which add to the ambiance of the pool area, which at night is lit by fairy lights, pool lights and garden lights.
